I am currently working on a contract position in the Ottawa area and I am currently seeking a Trilingual (English/Spanish/Portuguese) Call Centre HR Customer Support position.
HR Customer Support Call Centre position – Contract – Ottawa area
Our client is a trusted partner of service providers, enterprises and governments worldwide, providing solutions to deliver voice, data and video communication services to end-users and a leader in fixed, mobile and converged broadband networking, IP technologies, applications and services.
Qualifications:
Experience:
• 5 years of Call Center experience (based on previous similar profile descriptions)
• Active engagement in the delivery of a broad range of HR processes to a diverse group of customers (senior managers/managers/employees)
• Active engagement in the data handling in diverse IS systems for a broad range of HR processes

• Business: Company organization, HR processes and systems eg. SAP HR, SABA, CADIS (PeopleSoft), Taleo, CRT and especially the reporting systems via data warehouses
• Applications: MS Excel, MS Access, MS Word, MS Outlook...
Location: Canada - Ontario - Ottawa
Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm
